Another beautiful day here today, although bloody cold. Had a fab bike ride first thing with Lewis across the forest and then back down through Roydon Manor and Norley Woods to the sea at Tanners Lane. By this time we were getting late and had to hot foot it back home in time for home made soup and bread. Caroline had beebmn doing painting with Greg and Miranda using natural oignments from the garden - so maybe tomorrow you'll see one of them...
