Sprint...

We've been on the Hampshire Riviera at Hengistbury Head today, and consequently a bit sunkissed. The kids have had a great time in the sea, racing up and down the beach, throwing discuss and the like. So in true Olympian style, Miranda is entering into the spirit!

For the latter part of the day we called in to Poole and had a beer on the Quayside followed by dinner at our favourite Turkish restaurant.
