Russian Dolly

Whilst Lewis was marching with his fellow Sea Scouts on Remembrance Sunday, Miranda was busy drawing with me. Her writing is really coming along too, and she loves demonstrating her abilities.

Seeing her words reminds me of the Woody Guthrie /Vladimir Randunsky Books (which I think my sister Juliet gave us as a present from America) with their fabulous illustrations - My Dolly puts her hat on! Maybe I should try to get her to illustrate a book for me before it's too late and all that naivety has gone...
