This is Lewis' invitation to the Palace House at Beaulieu from last week, where the Montagus receive children from local schools as part of an experience of a Victorian Christmas. They all needed suitable attire, and a lunch of cheese sandwiches wrapped in a handkerchief (...no cans!)

Excellent - Beth has just spent the last few weeks doing a Victorian study at school. She had to wear Victorian clothes for quite a while, ending with a Victorian carol concert. Great fun!
