You can't dampen his enthusiasm. Tonight Lewis wanted to make a baked pasta dish with mozzarella and a tomato and aubergine sauce. He followed this with an orange cheesecake with ginger base, both equally delicious. He had a little supervision from CJ, but nearly all his own work - it's not bad for a ten year old...
