On Sunday at Calshot Lewi came striding across the beach carrying two tyres. It had followed on from a conversation on Saturday when I'd challenged him to pick up a tyre that was lying in the mud, which in turn had led to a comment that I needed to get two new tyrs fo the car....
You can imagine how excited he was to tell me that he'd found me two new tyres! How could I refuse?
