Lewis' RSPB magazine has managed to convince him to do a sponsored activity in aid of the Sumatran rainforest. He has decided that he's going to cycle 50 miles across the New Forest, and so he'll be looking for sponsors any day soon....
This morning the training started in earnest, and Lewis had to admit that he was tired at about bedtime... "I think that ride has worn me out!"
